U/20, Seniors, U/35, Vets 35-44 45-54 55+ Male and Female.  Medals for 1st 3 in each age group .
Overall winner after 4 races is person with most accumaled points (Best 3 out of 4 to count)
Overall winners will recieve Trophy & Sports Voucher provided by and redeemable at RUN & BECOME, Cardiff

East Wales qualifcation as per eligibilty rules.   All entries through normal entry procedures.
